Hair Rinse

I just tried this amazing recipe for a Rosemary/Apple Cider Hair Rinse.  This rinse removes all soapy residue from the hair and left my hair very shiny.  Rosemary stimulates the scalp and promotes hair growth (something I'm excited about as I'm growing out my hair.

Here's the recipe:

2 sprigs of fresh Rosemary
1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
3 cups of warm water

Chop the Rosemary and place it into a jar. Fill the jar with Apple Cider vinegar and store in a cool, dark place for 1 week, shaking the jar vigorously once a day to disperse the rosemary.

After 1 week, strain the liquid, discard the Rosemary and return the liquid to the jar. When ready to use, dilute 1/3 cup of the liquid in 3 cups of warm water and rub into freshly shampooed, damp hair and scalp (avoid getting this mixture in your eyes). Rinse thoroughly and dry your hair as usual.
